My husband and I had no idea what we wanted when we started out looking for an ID. We only knew that we wanted an industrial theme because it suits our lifestyle. We met many over zealous IDs who were quick to accommodate us and eventually shortlisted Buzz. He was able to project fresh perspectives on the ideas we had and is forthcoming about the feasibility and cost practicality. Although he is busy handling simultaneous projects at a go, he makes himself accessible to us. He will also manage our expectations and ask us to give him time to respond when he gets busy. Buzz convinced us to opt for the floor polishing service provided by his company. At first, we were disinclined to go for it. We were also wary of IDs who are out to ‘slaughter’ us because we do hear a lot of stories from others about other IDs. However, you can see the confidence in him when he speaks of how none of his clients regretted opting for it. He also showed us an actual unit he did for a client and we were convinced that we should opt in. At that time, our floor had blackened grooves after HDB handed the keys to us. Now, our floor is sparkling clean and we have to admit it is worth every cent! Post-sale service is excellent. We discovered minor defects in some areas (even after living in the flat for close to two months!) and he help us to coordinate with his contractors to rectify them all. There were little hiccups over our renovation process. We are really grateful that Buzz was involved with us in building our little humble abode. Friends who saw our house were all praise for the design and workmanship. In future, we will definitely engage Inzz Studio if we need modifications done to our living spaces. I will like to extend my sincere gratitude to Inzz Studio for a great job on renovating my new unit in Stratum. JJ has been very responsible and dedicated to assisting in working with the contractors to meet the timeline and ensuring that the design meets my expectation. He even takes extra miles to help me to fix the hob wiring when I am facing problem to turn it on. Overall I am very satisfied with the renovation and will definitely recommend Inzz Studio to my friends and families if they need renovation in the near future. Thumb up and keep up the good work!

The ID that liaised with us was Shiauwei. In the initial Design Phase, she was attentive to no our needs and recommended very practical solutions that are cost-friendly. Even when we had to request for various design outlook, there was no hesitation in generating different 3D drawings for us to consider. Her response was prompt and had no delays in her promised dates. During the Renovation Phase, the schedule was well packed to ensure the earliest completion time. Contractors were able to deliver the details or our communicated design without much errors. We attribute this to the good communication between Shiauwei and her team of contractors. She even volunteered to help liaised with our delivery people and contractors which saved us plenty of hassle. Post-reno, as we found certain areas to fix, she was able to promptly respond and get the contractors to take a look and rectify any issue. To top it off, they did additional checks to see if there are other issues that we missed. The contractors were very meticulous in their work too. Overall, we had a great experience with INZZ Studio and our ID, Shiauwei. Renovation Cost: S$ 50,000 Completion: April 2018

We found out about Inzz Studio from Facebook and saw that they had done quite a fair bit of platform bed in their past projects- something that we were looking for. Hence we decided to contact them and Yongsen (Buzz) was assigned to us. He is professional in the way he explains every detail and put in efforts to highlight all the technical issues that no other IDs did. As this was our first time experiencing doing our first renovation, we wanted to be as involved by working alongside with him. Our ID Yongsen was professional, a man of few words but great at what he does. We were impressed by how he is able to pick up on the small details and his sincerity. He did not overpromise. During construction, he indeed delivered things which were committed and if there were any unforeseen issues, he is always upfront and honest with it which provide us that certainty. He even proposed an alternative design on our kitchen. e.g (to make it open or close concept, sliding door or half window). We wanted a brick stucco wall as well as some paint feature wall (opposite our stucco wall) so he gave us his opinion on how to match both feature walls and it turns out unique and nice. We love how well it turned out in the end! Renovation Cost: S$ 50,000 Completion: December 2017
